1. Oprah Winfrey
International talk show queen is on her maiden visit to this part of the world for the shooting her new show Oprah's Next Chapter, at the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
The lady was thoroughly honored by Indian masses with socialite Parmeshwar Godrej throwing a party in the honor of Winfrey and Bachchans hosting her at their home as she went to meet Beti B.
2. Akon
Earlier Singer Akon also visited India to record his two songs - Chammak Challo and Criminal for the movie 'RA.One', the much hyped project of SRK. At that time, SRK too threw a birthday bash for the Senegelian Singer.
3. Paris Hilton
The American socialtile and hotel hieress, Paris Hilton, too gazed the potential of Indian market and chose this part of the world to promote her line of handbags.
4. Tom Cruise
Tom Cruise's visit was also a much celebrated one with Hollywood superstar visiting India for the promotion of Mission Impossible 4 co-starring Anil Kapoor, who tried his level best to be the best host for his firang guest.
5. Metallica
Metallica's visit to visit to India in November to kick start India's first ever F1 Grand Prix celebration was also a much talked affair in tabloids. Though the the Delhi concert was cancelled but Bangalore fans got an opportunity to see the charisma of their music.

India got another opportunity to witness a global superstar, Lady Gaga, during her maiden visit to India to perform at F1 Grand Prix. The visit of Lady Gaga too received a warm hospitality in India with Arjun Rampal throwing a party in her honor.

Gerard Butler, the Hollywood superstar also visited the Indian offshore recently and our very own Piggy Chops threw a party in the honor of King Leonidas of '300'.
If rumors are to be believed, then Gerard was smitten by the beauty of the Indian diva and even jokingly proposed to her in presence of her then beau Shahid.
